This is a well-written, concise volume with good illustrations. I have several of Dona Eden's books, but this is like a little handbook that gives the information quickly. I recommend it.

I have both her other books, but wanted to get this one as it is small enough to carry around. It has a summary of what energy medicine is and contains the most important exercises.
