Dr. Leland Benton has written an excellent 'anti-dieting' book that not only makes a lot of sense, but goes into detail and provides the proof to back up what he's saying about why dieting can be harmful to your health.
As a follower of the 'Mediterranean Diet' and also having just written my first book with Mediterranean Diet recipes, I was happy to read that this is an eating plan that is good for you and makes sense.
I found several interesting bits of information in the book - the chapter on toxemia, for instance, and also the side effects of dieting...
